Report the scam at www.econsumer.gov.
The information in your complaint may be entered into Consumer
Sentinel, a consumer complaint database maintained by the US Federal
Trade Commission. If entered, details of your complaint can be accessed
by various certified enforcement agencies including the NZ Ministry of
Consumer Affairs
You can post notices in newsgroups and send out
e-mails to warn of dodgy traders. But take care - this is a form of
"publishing", so if you defame a person or company you risk being sued.
Be very sure of your facts. Two well known sites used to report complaints are listed below.
